By creating an account on VSRL Creative Studio you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Your account
Keep your sign-in safe; you're responsible for what happens in your workspaces. Workspace owners and admins decide who else can see and work in them.
What you own
Your brand information, your data and the scripts and other work the studio makes for your brand are yours. The studio itself (the software, its prompts and workflows) stays ours.
Your ads are your responsibility
The studio writes drafts and flags risky claims, but it can miss things. You review and approve everything before using it, and you're responsible for making sure your ads are true, legal and follow each platform's rules. Results like sales or ad performance are never guaranteed.
Credits and payments
AI work is paid for with credits, bought in advance through Stripe. A job is charged after it finishes; a failed job costs nothing. Credits don't expire while your account is open. Purchases are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise, or if we made a mistake.
Fair use
Don't use the studio to break the law, to make misleading or harmful ads, to get into other people's accounts or data, or to copy or resell the studio. We can suspend accounts that do.
Connected tools
When you connect Shopify, Meta or another tool, you confirm you're allowed to give us read access, and their own terms still apply to you.
Changes and ending
We may update the studio and these terms; we'll tell you about changes that matter. You can stop using the studio at any time and ask us to delete your data. The service is provided as is; to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
