Privacy Policy

This explains what VSRL Creative Studio (“we”) collects, why, and what you can do about it. In plain words, because you should be able to read it.

What we collect

• Your account: your name, email and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password. We never store the password itself.
• Your workspace: what you tell us in setup: your brand, products, audience, voice and the claims you can and can't make.
• Data from tools you connect: from Shopify, your products and the last 60 days of orders (totals, items, dates). We don't copy your customers' names, emails or addresses. From Meta Ads, your ad accounts and each ad's results (spend, clicks, purchases).
• What the studio makes for you: scripts, review notes and the rules you save.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We see what you bought and the amount; we never see or store your card number.
• Basic logs: sign-in times, IP address and browser, to keep accounts secure.

How we use it

Only to run the studio for you: to show your numbers, write in your voice, and learn from your reviews. We don't sell your data, and we don't use one workspace's data for another workspace.

Who else handles it

• Hosting and database providers that store the site and its data.
• Anthropic (Claude), which writes scripts when you ask the Copy department. It receives your brief, brand setup and ad results for that request.
• Stripe, for payments.
• Shopify and Meta, only to read the data you connected, with the access you approved.

How we protect it

Each workspace is private to the people invited to it. Access tokens for your connected tools are encrypted, and the connections are read-only: the studio can't change anything in your store or ad account.

Your choices

• Disconnect a tool at any time; delete everything copied from it with one button on the Connections page.
• Download your brand setup at any time.
• To delete your account or workspace, or get a copy of your data, email visceralmade@gmail.com.

How long we keep it

For as long as your workspace exists. When you delete data or ask us to delete your account, it's removed from the live database, and from backups as they roll over.
